Elizabeth Roman is a French-Peruvian artist whose work exists within the fields of urban art and socially engaged art.
Inspired from an early age by the visual legacy of Latin American muralists, she has developed an instinctive practice centered on humanity, memory, and resistance. Her work stands at the intersection of the intimate and the collective, between fragility and strength.
Through painting and imagery, she explores intense emotional states, questions silence, and gives visibility to what is often pushed to the margins.
Deeply embodied and personal, her work seeks to be both a testimony and an act of survival.
